at community activities, or even online.
- Sexual Harassment is… unwelcome sexual requests for sexual favors, and other verbal
or physical conduct of a sexual nature.
- Sexual Harassment is… Hostile, Offensive, Degrading
- Persons convicted can go to prison.
Examples of Harassment
- Making sexual comments on a webpage, email, or cell phone.
- Repeatedly calling or emailing someone when they have asked you to stop.
- Designing a webpage with rude comments about someone.
Sexual Abuse is a Felony! REPORT IT!!!
Sexual Abuse is when an adult engages in inappropriate sexual touching of a minor,
someone under 17 years of age.

Rape, also referred to as sexual assault, is an assault by a person involving sexual
intercourse with another person without that person's consent. Rape is considered
a serious sex crime, as well as a civil assault.
- Date Rape is rape that occurs on a date.
- Acquaintance Rape is when a victim is raped by someone he/she knows.
- Statutory Rape is the rape of a minor.
